I make technical products that actually ship. Not decks about what we could build or endless roadmaps that never materialize—real systems that solve real problems for real users. At Radius AI, I lead cross-functional teams building retail operations infrastructure at scale. That means getting engineers, designers, ops, and business stakeholders aligned on what matters, making the hard tradeoffs, and delivering products that remain resilient when things break in production.
What drives me is the messy middle ground where product vision meets technical constraints. I thrive when requirements are unclear, when the path forward isn't obvious, and when success depends on orchestrating people, systems, and priorities across teams that speak different languages. Whether I'm defining platform strategy, debugging why an integration broke, or tinkering with my homelab at 2am, I'm always asking: what's the simplest thing that could actually work?
