I am currently the Head of Engineering at nuark.ai, where I am building a world-class engineering team across frontend, backend, platform, and DevOps. My focus is on establishing engineering culture, setting up technical direction, and scaling the team to deliver impactful products.
What drives me is the messy middle ground where product vision meets technical constraints. I thrive when requirements are unclear, when the path forward isn't obvious, and when success depends on orchestrating people, systems, and priorities across teams that speak different languages. Whether I'm defining platform strategy, debugging why an integration broke, or tinkering with my homelab at 2am, I'm always asking: what's the simplest thing that could actually work?
